Leading textile artist Rosalind Wyatt was inspired to create three art works out of scientists' lab coats after hearing stories from cancer patients. Each artwork features a lab coat adorned with hand-stitched stories and words in patients own handwriting.
This film, commissioned by The Institute of Cancer Research, shows Rosalind as she works away on the pieces and Scientists as they away in the lab. With moving words and images of children and adults, some of which are no longer with us, inspiring Rosalind as she works.
Filmed on ARRI Amira with Canon CN7 and macro lenses.
