Mews, a renowned provider of property management systems, approached me with a specific goal: to enhance their recruitment efforts and attract top-tier talent to their organization. As an experienced videographer, I was tasked with crafting compelling video content to support their recruitment campaign.
Mews is a leading force in property management systems, dedicated to simplifying and automating operations for modern hoteliers and their discerning guests. Their comprehensive suite of solutions covers every aspect of the guest experience, from a user-friendly booking engine to a seamless check-out process. Their commitment to connectivity and efficiency is further underlined by the integrated Mews Payments ecosystem, which ensures secure and hassle-free transactions.
The project took me to the beautiful city of Prague, where Mews' headquarters are located. My mission was clear: to create a video production that mirrored the vitality and enthusiasm exuded by the talented individuals at Mews. To achieve this, I employed a variety of camera positions, including static, handheld, and dynamic second-shooter style sliding shots. My emphasis was on capturing authentic, unscripted moments that would later infuse the video with an energetic and personable quality.
The resulting video played a pivotal role in Mews' recruitment campaign, serving as a cornerstone for their outreach on popular social media platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram. It was also prominently featured on their corporate recruiting website, making a lasting impression on potential talent.
Given the location of the shoot in Prague and the broader reach of the EU, an ATA Carnet was essential for the hassle-free movement of equipment across international borders. I took charge of preparing and securing the necessary documentation, ensuring smooth logistics for the project. My understanding of the legalities, including customs procedures, ensured that the equipment moved seamlessly across the region, adhering to all regulations and requirements. This experience and expertise in international production added a layer of professionalism and reliability to the project.
Throughout the production, I leveraged top-of-the-line equipment, including the Sony FS7, Sony FX6, and Sony a7s3 cameras, as well as a comprehensive selection of lenses, lighting setups, and the innovative Edelkrone automatic slider. The final product not only met but exceeded the project's goals, reflecting the vibrancy and professionalism of Mews and showcasing their commitment to innovation and excellence.
