Overview

Gradient Labs is a London-based Fintech Start-Up building AI agents for customer operations in regulated financial services. Founded by former leaders from Monzo, the team combines deep domain expertise with cutting-edge AI — making clarity, trust, and credibility central to how they communicate.

This project was a three-episode video podcast series designed to capture the leadership team’s thinking, tell the Gradient Labs story, and create a bank of reusable content for their website and LinkedIn.

Gradient Labs builds AI agents that help financial services companies handle customer operations safely and effectively. Because they operate in heavily regulated environments, their approach is grounded in real operational experience — including years spent scaling machine learning and automation inside Monzo.
