Bush Farnham Hotel's Operational Transformation with Mews

Bush Farnham, a historic 500-year-old hotel with 95 rooms, multiple restaurants, bars, and event spaces, faced challenges with outdated and cumbersome management systems. After adopting Mews, the hotel streamlined its operations with a user-friendly, cloud-based platform. Mews has allowed the team to enhance training through Mews University, ensuring that staff are well-prepared to manage day-to-day tasks with confidence. The hotel’s cashless and digitalized POS system has significantly improved communication, speed, and service delivery, providing an efficient and seamless guest experience.

As part of my ongoing collaboration with Mews, I had the opportunity to film a customer story showcasing how Bush Farnham uses Mews to optimize their operations. For this project, I employed cinematic filmmaking techniques, including gimbals, sliders, and shallow depth of field, paired with carefully crafted lighting to highlight the hotel’s luxurious atmosphere and the powerful impact of the Mews platform. The aim was to capture both the elegance of the hotel and the efficiency that Mews brings to the business, providing a compelling narrative for high-end hoteliers looking for modern solutions.

Additionally, this project was part of a larger series of customer stories filmed across Europe, which required me to obtain necessary carnet documents to travel and film at various locations, ensuring a smooth and compliant production process across multiple countries.
